What’s your beauty ritual?
I’m constantly streamlining my routine in efforts to save time. I moisturize with Physiogel’s Calming Relief A.I. Cream. I go for barely-there makeup; a rosier, more even-toned version of my natural skin. I usually achieve this with Estée Lauder’s Double Wear Cushion BB, Little Black Primer, and a matte lip tint. Estée Lauder’s new Pure Color Love line has two shades I really like – Blasé Buff and Raw Sugar. I spritz Aerin’s Evening Rose eau de parfum before I leave.
What’s in your makeup bag?
Two lipstick options, lip gloss, mascara, 3-in-1 brow pencil, concealer, foundation, powder, bronzer, and highlighter.
How do you take care of your skin?
I like to get a facial once a month. Aside from an indulgent hour or so of pampering -except for the occasional extractions, ouch!- I find that deep cleaning and light therapy for maintenance really helps. I’ve experienced less acne scarring, a more even skin tone, unclogged pores and a rejuvenated appearance. I also apply a weekly mask in the evening – Estée Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Concentrated Recovery PowerFoil Mask.
What is the best beauty advice you’ve ever received?
This isn’t the best, but it’s something I keep in mind toward my more minimalist movement: Have the right palette and right colors and you’ll need far fewer products than you think.
